ABOUT OUR CLUB: Toca Juniors Football Club, Inc. (Toca Jrs or the Club) is an institution that fosters the physical and social development of its members through their participation in organized soccer leagues and sports related events. The Club was formed in 1996 and was incorporated in Maryland in 2007 as a 501(c)(iii) non-profit organization. OUR COMPLEX: The Frederick County Planning Commission unanimously approved the soccer complex in Urbana, with plans to build four fields and other amenities. The complex along Big Woods Road will have a combination of turf and natural grass fields, along with four open air pavilions, restrooms, and a maintenance and storage building, among other amenities.

Field policies

Food & Drink: you are welcome to bring food and drinks to our facility, we have picnic tables and outdoor seating available to enjoy. But please make sure to clean all trash left by your group! Pets: pets allowed around our facility and on sidelines; but please avoid bringing pets on the fields, and we appreciate if your pet is on a leash especially during games. Of course, please clean up after your pet! Cleanliness: Please pick up all trash and use the provided bins. Health: please no smoking, vaping, or using tobacco on our premises. Supervision: Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. Safety: Do NOT move heavy field goals (Toca staff only). Schedule: Please vacate fields on time to allow other teams to start playing. Contact staff to extend. Cancellations: Full refund given for weather closures or cancellations by our facility. If you need to modify your booking, we can do so at no cost to you ($ free to move days/times if available) Cancel within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed: 100% refund If you cancel with less than 48 hours until your reservation: 75% refund If you cancel same-day: 50% refund
